HOW DOES GEO CHANNEL WORK?
The soil around and under our foundations saturates with water when there is heavy rain.
The water in the soil needs to be released from the soil before it can drain to the sump pump and be evacua
ted away from your home. The Geo Channel’s unwoven fabric effectively releases the water from the soil at a rate of 140 gpm. It allows the water to enter the drainage core along the entire length and height of the Geo Channel. The Geo Channel releases the hydrostatic pressure so effectively and efficiently that it never even has a chance to build up. DRY-UP BASEBOARD SYSTEM
THE DRY-UP BASEBOARD SYSTEM is a unique water control channel constructed of high-strength space-age polymer that attaches to the existing concrete floor and is designed to look like a finished baseboard. The hollow baseboard is 5” tall and extends 2” from the wall. Our unique system is engineered to be used with any type of foundation, including old stone or brick walls, poured concrete walls and block walls. In addition weep holes are drilled into the hollows of block wall to alleviate water build up inside the foundation walls and insure proper drainage.
