Helical anchors have been used for more than 100 years and are perfect for new and existing retaining and foundation walls.
Loading of tie-backs after installation is immediate. Torque monitoring during helical installation provides a means of quality control. The torque gives an indication of soil strength and other valuable information where subsurface conditions may vary and there is a known holding capacity for each anchor. There is no waiting time for grout or concrete to cure.
