Foundation repair to existing structure

- Foundation Underpinning - Raising and stabilizing settled structures permanently from the foundation up.
- New Construction - Often times with new home, structure, or building construction the soil is not stable enough and the structure will need additional foundation support or engineered foundations. If and when it is decided that soil is not stable enough at the site, piers can be installed prior to pouring footers to support the structure. This prevents foundation settlement and future damage.
- Basement Wall Stabilization - Stabilizing and/or straightening bowed basement walls.
- Brick Pointing - Cosmetic brick repair and pointing.
- Water Proofing - Complete water management systems, exterior and interior water proofing, interceptor ditches and French drain systems.
- Epoxy Injection - Joint stabilization and foundation and/or wall crack repair.
- Engineered Repairs - Repairs based on engineer’s specifications or recommendations.
We use QUALITY products and materials when solving your foundation problems.

AccuLevel is proud to use FASTEEL® Systems.

The first of these systems is the Titan Helical Steel Piering System. This piering system has been utilized and proven in the heavy commercial industry for decades. The helical tie-back and pier system consists of single or multiple bearing plates welded to steel shafts and are protected by coatings. The bearing plates are rotary installed into the ground, with extension sections being added, if required, to reach load-bearing strata. With available attachments for underpinning existing structures, tie-back for retaining and foundation walls, and new construction foundation attachments, the helical system is the most versatile foundation and tie-back system available. The helical system also stabilizes slabs subjected to vibration from heavy machinery allowing significant time and cost savings compared to other slab support methods.
The second of these systems is the Titan Hydraulically Driven Steel Pier. This is FASTEEL®’s own patented improvement on the piering technology of the pipe pier. The hydraulically driven pier (HDP) system consists of high quality carbon steel piers that are driven through unstable soils to rock or load bearing strata. Each pier is individually load tested. The structure is stabilized with a patented uniform system to insure maximum practical recovery.
Both piering systems utilize the patented FASTEEL® ULTrA Bracket, the strongest and most versatile bracket in the industry. The support bracket is attached to the foundation from below and allows for vertical adjustment.
AccuLevel uses a helical pier system, which is the best solution for structural support for new construction. The helical pier system is also quick and easy to install.
AccuLevel offers FORTRESS Corner Kits and Stitching Kits to repair cracked foundations.

FORTRESS corner kits are applied to the outside of cracked foundations. They are made of Carbon fiber and encapsulated in toughened epoxy to reinforce the wall and seal the crack. The FORTRESS stitching kit is the easiest and most cost effective method used to repair cracked walls, while delivering superior results. Carbon fiber/Kevlar grid-strap is applied across the face of the crack as the expected load is distributed away from the glue line to the portion of the wall that is not cracked. This prevents fatigue and re-cracking. The Carbon/Kevlar material permits easy application and more reliable performance than its competitors.
For homeowners, the Fortress Stabilization system offers several key benefits:
- It is guaranteed to permanently stabilize foundation walls against lateral loads.
- Installation is fast with minimal disruption and mess.
- No excavation of property is necessary.
- It does not create obstructions in the room that can reduce floor space.
- The reinforcing material will not corrode, mildew, or weaken over time.
- The repaired surface can be painted.
- The home maintains a higher resale value than when repaired with more obtrusive steel alternatives.
AccuLevel also offers the best in waterproofing systems by Fasflo.

Constructed of light-weight, non-deteriorating plastic wrapped with the efficient water moving Faswic Geo-fabric which provides an inherent wicking action during installation and topped with a durable, high strength drainage board, the FASFLO system generates a large and fast flowing water capacity to keep basements and crawl spaces dry.
The patented FASFLO channel is scientifically engineered to move water faster and more efficiently than all other waterproofing systems. Engineered and designed to function just below the basement floor, the FASFLO system eliminates any potential damage to the structural integrity of the foundation.
FASFLO’S patented design creates an area for water entry of over 50% to allow for a much higher water entry rate than typical, perforated pipe or other systems, which typically have a 3% to 5% water entry area. FASFLO moves water several times faster due to our Faswic Geo Fabric, and is the only system with a true 360 degree flow capability. The FASFLO system effectively captures groundwater from all 5 entry points, and moves it away from your dry basement permanently.
