Foundation repair is one of the best investments you can make in your home. Many homeowners are often concerned about the appearance of repairs after the project is complete. Steel Push Piers are one of the least invasive foundation repair options available.
Steel Push Piers are driven-- or "pushed"-- into the ground beneath your home using hydrolic equipment. An Acculevel project manager will review your home's specific needs and determine a plan for the number of piers needed to stabilize your home.
A hole is created at each pier location in order to expose a portion of your home's foundation. "L"-shaped brackets are attached underneath your home's footing, and then piers are driven as deep as needed to reach solid footing. The Steel Push Piers use the weight of your home as resistance-- thus shifting your home's weight to the piers and away from unstable soils.
At the completion of the installation, the holes are filled in order to cover the bracket and signs of repair. As always, your Acculevel Project Manager is available to answer any questions you may have and will also help you understand how to protect your home for the long run.
