Foundation Repair and Augmentation Systems
Acculevel uses FASTEEL® Systems for stabilizing, lifting and/or retrofitting to increase load capacity. The helical piers are “screwed into the soil” at the appropriate locations around the structure and coupled with special brackets capable of bearing the load and transferring it to the helical pier. The piers are turned into the soil until they reach the appropriate bearing stratum or the applied torque value indicating that the pier will support the load applied.

What causes foundation problems?
- Inadequate drainage that causes soil to swell and create movement in the foundation
- Inadequate compaction of fill material
- Roots of trees dry the soil causing it to expand and contract
- Clay soil expands and contracts naturally, which causes structures to settle
- Soft soils are incapable of supporting foundation weight
- Weather changes, including drought and wet seasons, cause soil to contract, expand or wash away, and water buildup that can leak into your home
So how can we repair your foundation problems?
Raising foundations: We use a piering system that goes underneath the foundation of your structure raising it from the foundation up.
Bowed walls: Piers and tie-backs are used to straighten and/or stabilize bowed walls. Carbon fiber/Kevlar grid-strap is also used to restore and strengthen foundation walls.
Repairing cracked walls and foundations: Corner and stitching kits are used with epoxy injection to repair cracks in walls and foundations to reinforce the walls and seal the cracks.
Waterproofing: Our waterproofing system is proven to move water faster and more efficiently than the competition. The system captures groundwater from five points of entry and moves it away from basements permanently. We also install water drainage systems on the exterior of the structure.
